That way we make a family
Used to love to see my nigga happy even though you brought baggage
Did everything you asked me but you was gettin' ratchet

Aaliyah Biopic Casts No Name Actors for Missy and Timbaland Roles
Via Power 105
Producers of the upcoming Aaliyah biopic have found their Timbaland and Missy Elliott in two relatively unknown actors.
Lifetime Television execs tell TheWrap.com, Izaak Smith and Chattrisse Dolabaille will play the hitmaking producer and rapper who were instrumental in shaping Aaliyah's sound as part of their "Super Friends" network. They join Alexandra Shipp who will play the late R&B singer in Aaliyah: Princess of R&B. Shipman took over the role after Disney Channel star Zendaya Coleman dropped out of the project.
Aaliyah's family has voiced its opposition to the TV movie, saying the singer's life story should be headed to the big screen. Now some fans are speaking out about the casting of Dolabaille as Elliott. According to The Urban Daily, they're concerned that the Canadian actress looks nothing like the hitmaking rapper.Although Chattrisse doesn't look as big as Missy may have back in the day, she looks like she could be molded into the resemblance. Izaak may not be a perfect fit either but who is? Unless they cast identical twins, it seems like many fans will not be satisfied. But isn't the acting what's more important? You tell us.

BTS: Nicki Minaj Teases Drake Will Make a Cameo in "Anaconda"
Nicki Minaj is really pumping up the promo for her next single "Anaconda". In this behind the scenes clip, she shows how the video's coming along for each scene, and shows off her sexy assets along the way. At the end, an inebriated Nicki flips into her Jamaican patois language and banters with her crew and even hints at having a familiar YMCMB artist make a cameo on set. They both switched up their voices, but there's only one Toronto native she'd joke around with like that. ;-)

Are We Making Nicki Minaj a Scapegoat? Huff Post Live Sits Down AllHipHop.com’s Chuck Creekmur to Criticize Open Letter
Double standards or nah?
Recently, AllHipHop.com's founder Chuck Creekmur penned an open letter to Nicki Minaj bashing her new "Anaconda" single cover for creating a possible bad influence for his pre-teen daughter. Huff Post Live's Marc Lamont Hill, took the liberty to strike up the same conversation in a sit down interview (or debate really) between Creekmur and some of his Hip Hop journalist peers; begging. One of which that was the most boisterous and polar opposite in opinion was Jamilah Lemieux, senior editor for Ebony Magazine. Check out the interview below:
