Earlier this week I posted the Chris Brown "Loyal" video (MY JAM!!! #ThatsMySong) featuring cameos from all types of sexual chocolate: Ty Dolla $ign, Usher, eem Trey Songz. Whoo!

But below we have some of our favorite underground ladies who are quickly becoming mainstream... but in a very good way.


As heard on FNGRadio, Tinashe finally dropped her video for the club banger "2 On" featuring Schoolboy Q.



And a couple days later, Sevyn Streeter dropped the video for yet another dope break up to make up jam, "nEXt". In this video she explores how ladies can pledge allegiance to leaving a bad relationship only to easily slip right back into it again because its just that good. She's giving us all kinds of Mary Jane in this video especially when she has to choose between her new boo and her ex, Kid Ink. Very cute.

If You Don't Know, Now You Know: Revolt TV to Premiere The Breakfast Club Live

Diddy's new music channel Revolt TV has been making waves with their edgy concepts for music video shows, its strive to make underground music shine and awesome documentaries on hip hop greats. Well only a few short months ago Revolt TV's set precedence by proposing the NY Power 105.1 radio show Breakfast Club broadcasts their show live every weekday on its network. What more could we ask for! Although we already get to see all of their controversial interviews, now we get to see "goon tunes", "donkeys of the day", "Ask Yees" and maybe even "the Decisions".

Complete with numerous breakout dance routines, hookah sponsoring and plenty of celeb cameos; Chris Brown's "Loyal" video is just as fun as the tune its self. Set at the Universal's CityWalk in Los Angeles, Chris kept Lil Wayne on the track and switched out French Montana's for Tyga, who happens to be accompanied by a baby tiger (aww).

Although they were just bragging about their "Pound Cake" together a few short months ago, and Drake was DJ-ing at Yonce's Beyonce release party, it looks as though there's been some love lost amongst Miss Drizzy and Jay-Z:

After much complaining from Kanye, and more and more leakage of their wedding plans, KimYe has made it to the Vogue magazine cover. Contrary to popular belief, Anna Wintour was actually for the cover stating that Kanye did not beg her for the cover like many believed.

Lil Wayne Talks Kanye's Tour, his love for Jay Z, How He Wants to be Remembered like Snoop and More on His CRWN

Lil Wayne's music may be overexposed to the masses, but the Tunechi behind the tunes is kind of mystery. Sure we know about Toya, Nivea, Lauren and the other baby mama as well as his affinity to "f**k every girl in the world", but who is Lil Wayne and what are his interests, aside from the occasional styrofoam cup sip and weed puff. 

Well, leave it to hip hop journalist heavyweight Elliott Wilson to break through the chronic smoke and find out who Dwayne Carter is. In this 2 part interview he talks about everything from not feeling like he's the best rapper alive anymore, wanting to be remembered as someone like Snoop or Willie Nelson, loving sports almost more than music, and just being a straight up comedian.

In addition, although he's recently been quoted saying this will be the last Carter album, he jokingly said that if he could do a album about pu**y, he'd probably make 5 more of them. "Pu**y 1!".

This season, LaTavia Roberson (Destiny’s Child) and Meelah Williams (702) join original cast members Syleena Johnson, Keke Wyatt, Angie Stone and Monifah Carter as the focus shifts to their individual careers and gaining higher recognition in the music industry.

#TuneTuesday: New Music from Keyshia Cole - Rick James (ft. Juicy J)

Fresh off the buzz from her "Loyal" remix and a public breakup with her husband, Boobie Gibson, Keyshia Cole is seemingly coming with some serious heat. "Yeah Bitch" she's Rick James and heartbreak may be the motive here, but it looks to be working in her favor.

She's also said to be exploring her freakier side; as she mentioned in her recent appearance in the Bethanny daytime show, "With my recording side of things, I'm really starting to get into a sexier side of myself and am just realizing and understanding my sexuality."

"Rick James" will appear on her sixth upcoming studio album.

New Video: Jhene Releases New Music During On Her Birthday "My Afternoon Dream"

While on vacation in Hawaii with her daughter, Jhene Aiko, decided to release a new visual for a new song in celebration of her 26th birthday. "My Afternoon Dream" was produced by Key Wane and may have a chance of being on her next album. You'll also peep images of Jhene and her cute daughter Nami playing in the ocean.

Jhene Covers Complex Magazine and Gets New Tattoo

The amazingly, majestic, down to earth pint sized Jhene Aiko will be on the next issue of Complex magazine where she speaks on her rough beginnings, how she met Drake when he was still "Wheelchair Jimmy" and more. Read the full story here.

While in Jamaica for the shoot, she decided to get a tattoo of the Wheel of Dharma, which represents "the 8-fold path which is right speech, right view, right intentions, right actions, right livelihood, right effort, right concentration and right mindfulness;" from her Buddhist teachings. Videos of the Week: Trey Songs - NaNa, Rico Love (ft. Luda, Tiara Thomas) - They Don't Know Remix

Trey Songz gets fit and freaky as he enlists the the help of sexy fitness/video model Rosa Acosta. In the "NaNa" video, Trigga does everything from lifting weights to yoga; and only reiterates how much exercise can make sex that much better. #YUM

The freaky fave tune of the moment, "They Don't Know" by Rico Love, had been getting many spins over the past couple months probably to lead up to the sexy remix featuring Ludacris, Love's label signee Tiara Thomas and EmJay; (also T.I. who seems to be MIA from the vid). The video's slightly cheesy with Rico's faux fur coats and shades, but we must say, Tiara Thomas looks damn good! Gone Girl!

#GeekyGossip Doc Brown & Tony Hawk Brings You HUVr, the First Hovercraft Skateboard?

Forget "Kick, Pushing", there's a new kind of skateboard afoot. The HUVr is promoted in the video below as a new technologically advanced board that allows you to float through the air as a skateboarder would on land. Star athletes and musical artists like Moby, Terrell Owens and Schoolboy Q also tried out the new toy.




However, this may be a cruel prank. With all of the hoopla over the viral videos came the naysayers that pointed out a few inconsistencies in the research and potential hidden props in the video. 

Then, Tony Hawk had this to say...



So it seems we were all mislead. :-/ There apparently won't be any HUVrs in our near future, nor will we have to worry about not accidentally hitting a hoverboarder on the way to work in the morning. Guess the jokes on us, or is it? Only time (and this website) will tell.

#RatchetReality: NY's Hot 97 to Premiere Reality TV Show on VH1

New York's premiere Hip Hop and R&B radio station Hot 97 is taking their shenanigans from the radio to the television. The heavyweights of NY radio will star in this unscripted comedy series showing viewers their day to day antics as well as interactions with the numerous celebrities that slide through to their studios. Although this sounds pretty close to what Power 105's Breakfast Club plans to do through Revolt TV, (shade) it does look entertaining.

First Glimpse of Andre 3000 in the Jimi Hendrix Bio Pic

Everyone's been anticipating the return of Outkast, but prior to that there was plenty buzzing around Andre 3000's starring role in Jimi Hendrix's Bio Pic. All Is By My Side is set to premiere at next week's SXSW festival. But the movie gods have been kind enough to share a sneak peek clip of Andre in action as Mr. Hendrix a couple days earlier.

Kelis Premieres First Episode of Cooking Show "Saucy & Sweet"

She may be known as the exotic yet eratic songstress with an eccentric style and Nas as her ex hubby; but she's proving to be much more than that, starting with her new cooking show "Saucy & Sweet". Still holding true to her persona, Kelis' "Saucy & Sweet" show will cover all of Kelis' musical endeavors, fun she has with her friends/business partners, and of course, her love for cooking. The creative plates, (which in the first episode include jerk ribs, shrimp and potato fricassee and goat cheese ice cream), are pretty much gourmet, but with fun and funky nontraditional twists. Whether you're watching the food or for the beautiful Kelis, your mouth is sure to water.
